11th Aylesbury Scouts is committed to providing a positive, inclusive and well-managed Scouting experience for young people, volunteers and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We recognise that concerns or complaints may occasionally arise and are committed to ensuring that these are handled fairly, respectfully and appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All concerns and complaints relating to 11th Aylesbury Scouts are managed in line with The Scouts\u2019 national Complaints Policy and Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not operate a separate local complaints policy. This ensures that concerns are handled consistently and appropriately across Scouting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where appropriate, concerns can often be resolved informally through discussion with the relevant leader or a member of the Group leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a concern cannot be resolved informally, or if an individual does not feel comfortable raising it locally, it will be managed in line with The Scouts\u2019 national procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any concerns relating to safeguarding or welfare are managed separately under The Scouts\u2019 Safeguarding Policy and Procedures and are treated with the highest priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
